Here, Sara is showing her latest tote bag. She made this bag with vinyl on the outside in case it rains. It doesn't rain in Israel very often, but we do get rain in the winter. Great idea Sara.
And this is the inside.
Sara also is busy knitting this fluffy scarf for a gift.
Shoshana also is making this scarf and making adorable head coverings. This is easy for the ladies to do while listening to our shiur.

Sara has in mind to use these groups of fat quarters in two new projects. We will just have to wait and see what she comes up with.
Hi I loved Sara's tote, clever idea........Can it be turned inside out in case she or I wanted to turn it inside out in order to carry wet or frozen goods.........Just curious Sandy
ReplyDeleteNo, unfortunately I didn't have enough fabric to line it with the laminated fabric. That would have been great. I do like the way the laminated fabric looks but it's not sooo easy to sew on.
ReplyDeleteWhat lovely, delicate scarves! I'll be watching to see what becomes of those fat quarters!
