I follow Bonnie Hunter from Quiltville every time I get a chance. She has so many ideas for using up scraps which is what I'm addicted to. She has been making paper strips and sewing all the little pieces on to them. I'm going to use mine for shashing strips, which she suggested. Here are a few pictures that I made as I was doing them.
