Sara used the inspiration of the Attic window pattern to make this wide screen TV cover. It took awhile but it turned out to be the perfect idea.

Little Hexies
Sara is still working on these tiny hexies. They are so, so cute. She still doesn't know what she will end up doing with them.

A Request
Esther Roiter recently donated fabric to our group and we are very grateful for it. The only request was to make a quilt for a patient that she has in a wheelchair. So this is what we came up with.
It finished about 41"x33" which was a little bigger than what was planned. So I guess bigger is better.

Inspiration
Another inspiration from Missouri Star Quilt Co. I saw Jenny making this quilt and since I already have tons of 2 1/2" squares cut out I think this is for me.

Time To Sandwich A Comfort Quilt
Bryna put this comfort quilt together from scraps that we had. Great job and I know some little one will enjoy it.
It's wonderful when all the ladies pitch in to help.

Popping Seams Flat
This is a very good video showing how to pop those seam connections into a 4 patch and why.

A Hand Pieced Quilt Top
The top is finished and has to be pressed. I know the edges are not flat but they will be. This was done completely by hand. A very long term project. I have one more to go and I think this will be the last of hexies and hand piecing.

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You
A big thank you to Esther Roiter for her donation of cotton fabric to our comfort quilt project. We can't thank you enough. Backings are always a problem for us and these are all large size fabrics. Just what we needed. You will help us make so many children happy.

Welcome Home
Susan has been away for too long. She is back with us for a little while and of course she has something to show that she has been working on.
Susan, we are sadden by the loss of your father. May you be comforted by all those of Zion and may he rest in peace.

Renee Is Busy
Renee is always busy. If it isn't a quilt it's counted X stitch. Here she shows her latest baby bib and another Alef Bet design.

Diaper Bag
It isn't always quilting time. Renee made this diaper bag for a family member. It turned out just right.

Doll Quilt
Sara didn't want these left over flannel 1/2 square triangles so off they go into this doll quilt.
This is the back.

Left Overs
There were left over flannel triangles from Sara's quilt. Instead of getting rid of them, the start of a doll quilt has begun.
This is the front.
This is the back
We will just have to see if this project ever gets finished.

Shifra Has Been Busy
This week I hope to show Shifra's quilts that she has been working on.
Sorry, this was e-mailed to be and I don't know how to turn it. But you get the idea.
This lovely blue string quilt is for her grandson.

A Quilt For Batsheva
This quilt was made by Shifra for her latest grand-daughter, Batsheva. It's a Jaybird quilt pattern called Cinnamon Bun. She really enjoyed making if because there were no Y seams.
She has many more on the list. We will just have to wait and see.

Shifra's Puzzle
Shifra made this scrappy puzzle that her daughter gave her. It turned out wonderful.
I think you can see that it is a real puzzle in the second picture.
