Sara used the inspiration of the Attic window pattern to make this wide screen TV cover. It took awhile but it turned out to be the perfect idea.

 

Little Hexies

Sara is still working on these tiny hexies.  They are so, so cute. She still doesn't know what she will end up doing with them.

A Request

 Esther Roiter recently donated fabric to our group and we are very grateful for it. The only request was to make a quilt for a patient that she has in a wheelchair. So this is what we came up with.

 

 It finished about 41"x33" which was a little bigger than what was planned. So I guess bigger is better.

Time To Sandwich A Comfort Quilt

Bryna put this comfort quilt together from scraps that we had. Great job and I know some little one will enjoy it.

It's wonderful when all the ladies pitch in to help.

A Hand Pieced Quilt Top

The top is finished and has to be pressed. I know the edges are not flat but they will be. This was done completely by hand. A very long term project. I have one more to go and I think this will be the last of hexies and hand piecing.

Susan has been away for too long. She is back with us for a little while and of course she has something to show that she has been working on.

Renee Is Busy

Diaper Bag

It isn't always quilting time.  Renee made this diaper bag for a family member. It turned out just right.

There were left over flannel triangles from Sara's quilt. Instead of getting rid of them, the start of a doll quilt has begun.

Shifra Has Been Busy

This week I hope to show Shifra's quilts that she has been working on.

 Sorry, this was e-mailed to be and I don't know how to turn it.  But you get the idea.

This lovely blue string quilt is for her grandson.

A Quilt For Batsheva

This quilt was made by Shifra for her latest grand-daughter, Batsheva. It's a Jaybird quilt pattern called Cinnamon Bun. She really enjoyed making if because there were no Y seams.

 

 

 She has many more on the list.  We will just have to wait and see.

Shifra's Puzzle

Shifra made this scrappy puzzle that her daughter gave her.  It turned out wonderful.

 

I think you can see that it is a real puzzle in the second picture.
