Rina's Second Quilt

This is the second quilt Rina is making from the same pattern.  She's just deciding on the borders now.  It's a great pattern and everyone loves it.

A New Craft

Renee has been working on something new.  The design is on paper and it is sticky.  All you have to do is add little beads and you have a picture ready to frame.  It's not sewing on quilting, just something to keep the hands busy. Very pretty and different.

 

Sara's Flowers

Sara has some of her blocks on the design wall.  She is working out the best arrangement for them.

Starting A New Quilt

Renee is just starting a new quilt and this is how it begins.  Deciding which fabric goes where. We will have to wait and see what these strips will become.

Sara's Bookcase Quilt

It's finished.  A book case quilt over a bookcase.  Great idea.

Susan's Mini's

While Susan was away she was able to accomplish a lot of her lovely mini quilts.

A Book Case Quilt

Sara has started a Book Case quilt.  It's going to be different for it's to cover a large TV screen not a bed.  It's a great idea. Sara is using selvages for the words on the sides of the books.

 

On The Design Wall

This is just a little something I've been playing with.  All blue and white and I'm now making scrappy borders too.

A Trip To BudRutz

Some of the ladies made a trip to BudRutz and were we happy.  They just received a new shipment of wonderful quilt fabrics.

 

This isn't all the new fabric.  It was too much to photograph.

I was searching the web and found this great quilt made by Robin Karsten Meyers in Wyoming, MI. USA.

She bought a bag of scraps for 5$ and with her imagination made this quilt.  Robin used all the scraps in the bag. Great job Robin.

Finished Baby Quilt

Another baby quilt is finished and ready to give away.  It was the 2nd quilt made from a former project that just didn't work. On the back is a left over block from Sara.  It makes a great touch on the back.
