A Trip To Rebekah

Rebekah Reinheimer is our favorite long arm quilter.  Bryna just finished a unique quilt and wanted Rebekah to quilt it.  So off we went to Har Gilo to visit Rebekah, which is always so much fun.

Comfort Quilts Ready To Go

We have 2 comfort quilts ready to go.  They are headed to a new mom and her preemie baby boy.  We hope that their health will improve and baby will be able to go home soon.  We used the same pattern with different fabrics.

 This is for mom.

Renee's Quilts

Renee has just finished 2 quilts just in time for her trip to the States.  This first quilt is called the Split Pinwheel.

 

 

 

Yehuda's Quilt

When each of my grand kids turns 3, I make them a full size quilt.  The boys get their first haircut at this time.  Everyone in the family gets to take a snip at his curls.

Working Hard

Once again this week the ladies were working hard and making lots of decisions.  I should have taken more pictures.  I also was busy with my projects so there wasn't time.

Comfort Quilts Delivered

I'm happy to say we just delivered 4 more comfort quilts.  Three were the same pattern for three children in one family. They were delighted to get them.  This is called the Tumbler quilt.

 

 Two different pinks for the girls and one blue for the boy.

A big thank you to Ruth.  She just returned home from the States and brought fabric for us to go into our comfort quilt stash.  These will make wonderful quilts.

We've Been Busy

 This is a new project that Sara has tried.  The squares will be so, so tiny.

We all like the backing fabric that she picked out. 

 This seems to be more decision making between the ladies.
