A Quilt For My Grandson

My grandson hasn't had a new quilt from me since his 3rd birthday.  So, I think it's time now.  He will be 13 in December.

 

 

 

 

Placemats

Sara is making place mats again.  These are so special.  She has made two and now is making the next two.  These are so special.  I would hang them up for display instead of eating off of them.  Too, too nice to get dirty.  The orange will be on the back when completed.

The Latest From Renee

Renee just finished this fantastic quilt top.   This is going to be a great quilt.   That black really makes this pop.  Terrific job Renee.

 

Great Time For Jokes

Summertime is a great time for jokes.  We don't have much time for blogging.  This is what I tell my hubby; so, I like this one.  Hope you are all having a wonderful summer.

 

So Much To Do, So Little Time

It's hard to know, what to do next.  We all have so many plans.

Flowers

In Betar Illit on Friday, which is Erev Shabbos, many people go to buy flowers for their Shabbos table.   It's so wonderful to see this.  Flowers on display.

How To Sew Minky

Rina loved this fabric, but she is finding it hard to sew with it.   Any suggestions would help.   If you've sewn with Minky fabric and have any tips, Rina would appreciate it.

Out To Lunch With Sara

Sara and I went to Cafe, Cafe today for lunch, which is just outside of Betar Illit.   The meal was great but the big surprise was what we saw when we entered.  This certainly is a restaurant for quilters.

A Summertime Activity

It's July 1st and this is what some people do in the summer.  Not me!  I stay inside in my cool home and sew.
