Making A Decision

When getting started we have to make decisions.  Here the ladies like to help with this.  What do you  think? What colors go best with the main green fabric?

 

Should We Use Panels ?

Sometimes quilted panels are just the thing and there are so many to choose from. Rina bought this adorable train panel.  When I saw this I thought how cute it would be on the bedroom wall of one of my grandsons.  He absolutely goes wild for trains.

 

Kaffe Fassett

Somebody has Kaffe Fassett fabric. It's so beautiful I just want to look at it.  We will have to wait and see what will be made from this.

Oops!!

I was pleased when I finished my cat quilt top until I took a closer look.  I couldn't believe what I had done.  This can happen to anyone and it happened to me.  It's fixed now, so now I'm looking for the backing for this quit.

I'm making progress.  This is not the final arrangement, but it lets me know how many I have of each color.

On The Design Wall

I've started a quilt for someone that loves cats.  This is a design from Missouri Star Quilting Co.  You can watch the video on line. I really like the fabric I found at BudRutz that has cats on it.

Sara's Place Mats

WOW, these are terrific.  Sara is very creative and you can see that in her latest place mat.

This is the fabric she is using on the back.

Ruth's Pillow

Ruth finished the hand quilting for her latest pillow.  It wasn't completed because she wanted to have some embroidery put on the back.  It's finished now and all she has to do is insert the pillow form.

Sara's Gifts

Sara is starting to make more place mats for friends.  She's just getting started and has great ideas.

Rina's Second Quilt

This is the second quilt Rina is making from the same pattern.  She's just deciding on the borders now.  It's a great pattern and everyone loves it.

A New Craft

Renee has been working on something new.  The design is on paper and it is sticky.  All you have to do is add little beads and you have a picture ready to frame.  It's not sewing on quilting, just something to keep the hands busy. Very pretty and different.
