Susan hasn't been able to join us for a few weeks, so it was a joy to have her back this week. She surprised us with a show & tell of mini quilts that she is working on. They are all hand quilted. You can follow her on

We have 2 comfort quilts ready to go. They are headed to a new mom and her preemie baby boy. We hope that their health will improve and baby will be able to go home soon. We used the same pattern with different fabrics.
This is for mom.

When each of my grand kids turns 3, I make them a full size quilt. The boys get their first haircut at this time. Everyone in the family gets to take a snip at his curls.
He gets to give out candy at school at this time, which is so much fun for everyone.

I'm happy to say we just delivered 4 more comfort quilts. Three were the same pattern for three children in one family. They were delighted to get them. This is called the Tumbler quilt.
Two different pinks for the girls and one blue for the boy.

We have 2 comfort quilts ready to go.
These are 2 comfort quilts on the design wall.
This is Bryna cutting away.
Picking fabrics for a new quilt.
This is a new project that Sara has tried. The squares will be so, so tiny.
This is a lovely quilt top by Sara.
We all like the backing fabric that she picked out.
This seems to be more decision making between the ladies.
