We had a class trip this week for our get-together.  It is traditional in the last month of the Hebrew calendar, right before Rosh Hashanah, the New Year, to repent and ask for forgiveness for our sins of the past year.  This provides hope for the coming year to be one of peace and goodness for everyone.  We traditionally pray at some of the many holy spots in Israel
Our group traveled to three lesser known burial places.  We went to three of the sons of our father Jacob.  These were righteous men whose names where later to become three of the 12 tribes of the Israelites.
Our first stop was at the burial place of Judah
Finally, we visited the burial place of Dan.
The trip was very inspiring and will, hopefully, bring a very happy and healthy year for our group and the entire world.
